We ordered this product to meet specific needs that we are encountering in our evangelism outreach and needs we see in our church. So many people want to avoid temptation and concentrate on avoiding temptation by looking at the temptations. I like how this book places their attention on other things to keep their focus on Christ and fill their mind with Christ-centered thoughts so there is not room to dwell on temptations.
I am addicted to FOOD and requested for that reason. It is very helpful and gave me things to consider and meditate on before yeilding to my temptation to overeat. I asked for it for myself.
