I really enjoy not using an oven especially in the Aussie summer and the desserts are so yummy the whole family love them. We recently stopped using sugar but would crave a dessert and this book is the perfect answer as we are dairy free. I have fed the ice cream and other desserts to non vegan and they also enjoyed it.

Lemon Cheese cake is good with some kind of berries on top with non dairy topping. Does not really taste lemony enough.
I had done my research before buying this cook book and I knew there would be some recipes which included chocolate but I must say that I was a little bit disappointed with how many there acually were, a lot! I would prefer not to eat chocolate due to the cafiene content as it is a drug the same as nicotine or alcohol is. I was also a bit disappointed to find that AF was not only selling the book but actually published it as well! I love and support AF, and maybe I am missing something here, but it seems a bit of a contradiction to me in terms of health-no to sugar but yes to caffiene.
What you see on the cover tastes as good as it looks. So rare to find desserts that are really delicious and really good for you. I think you'll enjoy these recipes as much as I am.
