A Blessing To My Son
It was a gift to my Son Randell. He has recently got baptized,but he is struggling with alcohol addiction and a divorce. I bought him this book so that he can learn of Jesus' Promises. He loves Pastor Doug.I know it is helping him in his walk.Please pray for him and our family.We love your ministry and it has blessed us tremendously.

I don't like the NKJV of the Bible. I learned using the KJV and other Bibles just don't do it for me. It was good enough for The Holy Spirit to write it using the Thee's and Thou's. What is wrong with us sticking to it? You can't improve on The Holy Spirit of God. HE said that we should ask for the old paths. New stuff isn't any good. I once read the NKJV and came to the conclusion that we need to stick with the KJV. Things are missing from it. It changes the Bible's intent. So I am not into that devotional. You should always write books based on the KJV for those of us who don't like other versions. I will be careful not to buy anything else unless it is based on the KJV. It is satan who loves to change the Bible. He hates the Law of God and the Bible's teachings. We must stick to the original. The Holy Spirit does the teaching. Thank you.

Hi Theresa, I am sorry you feel that way about NKJV. A lot of people have been won to the faith through other bibles and we teach our doctrines just fine with NKJV. However, we are in agreement that the KJV is the closet to the original. Believe it or not, the KJV has errors as well. Pretty close to the same number of errors as the NKJV. We live in a newer age of the English language than, then, and people can relate easier to the NKJV. The language of the day used Thee and Thou and wasn't particularly in the Hebrew and Greek original languages. So, those terms on not really inspired by the Holy Spirit, directly. Amazing Facts is looking into the possibility of carrying KJV bibles translations for some future bibles print runs that are published by us. We do sell other peoples KJV bibles on our web store. But, again, we can easily teach bible truth with the NKJV. Time is wrapping up soon! Jesus needs us focusing on leading people to bible truth and we can’t change the minds of millions of people so we learn to meet them where they are, then, try to show them something better as we model the character of Christ Jesus to them!
