This book's topic is what I have been praying about for myself, "What is God's Calling for Me?" I found it to be helpful and I will do what Pastor Doug suggests. I am not very confident in sharing God's Word, I feel most times it becomes a debate when trying to share. I do not like standing in front of people and being a leader, but in a group setting I am more vocal. I do believe we are in the last days and I do not want to sit on the side lines. I want to be part of the movement but don't know how or what. I plan on rereading the book and praying until God reveals His plan for me in these last days.
I came away from reading this feeling a bit let down. I was hoping to discover a new way to draw closer to my Lord's will for me. Instead, I felt like I just read what I already knew: Pray about it, maybe fast about it.... I had already heard this all my life. Maybe I'm just looking for some new biblical secret to finding my path which just simply isn't there? For now anyway, prayer and fasting it will continue to be! Thanks for the book!
