I am very pleased with this product

I bought these for myself about 2 years ago and love them! They really help thumbing through the pages searching for the correct book. And I've learned exactly where to go now. These are a wonderful multi-functional tool. So I bought some as a gift in December but when they arrived they were the wrong set. I had ordered the rainbow colors with the larger print but the plain, smaller letters are what arrived. I called customer service and they were so helpful and kind to send me out another set but they never arrived and now it's February. I understand shipping is delayed due to the pandemic and this wouldn't prevent me from ordering again.
