If you are not completely satisfied with any portion of your order, please return it within 30 days* for a full refund**. Should any of the materials prove defective within 60 days, we will be glad to replace them free of charge. Shipping cost and personalized items are non-refundable.
*Nook devices must be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
**eBooks purchased through online are not refundable.

It's easy to return an item if you're not satisfied. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Your packing slip provides specific return instructions and addresses-please refer to its back panel for details.
When you contact us, please tell us whether the item was damaged, defective, the wrong item, or not satisfactory, your order number andhe product number and/or description of the product. If the product(s) is damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact a customer service representative by phone (800-538-7275) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to mailing your return and a representative will issue a return postage label so you don’t have to pay the postage (U.S. and U.S. Territories only). Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date that your order was shipped. Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition) can be mailed with the original packing slip to:

Since an eBook is a digital product, there is nothing to return. If you are dissatisfied with the eBook, please call Customer Service at 1-800-538-7275. If you are calling from outside the United States, dial 916-209-7181. You may also send an email to email@example.com.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for gift cards.
Personalized items such as Bibles with a name engraving are non-refundable.
Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.
If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Returning Items Bought in other bookstores
Most bookstores have their own returns policy. If you purchased an Amazing Facts Bookstore product from another store, please check with them regarding their return policy. Amazing Facts Bookstore does not accept returns purchased from another store.
DVD and CD Care Instructions:
- Avoid touching or scratching the media side (shiny side) of the disc.
- Hold the disc by the edges or by the center hole.
- Remove dust or lint from the disc with a soft dry cloth.
- Do not apply cleaning chemicals to clean a disc, use only rubbing alcohol, or DVD/CD disc cleaning solutions.
- Avoid exposing the disc to direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, dust or dirt.
- Do not attach labels to either side of the disk.
DVDs may contain graphics and images for which Amazing Facts maintains 3rd party use agreements, and does not own the copyright. For this reason DVDs should not be duplicated.
